The 2019 FBINAA Michigan Chapter Fall Training Conference

will be held at the Grand Hotel, Mackinac Island, MI.
September 4-6, 2019

Each conference vendor and their guest is individually responsible for the cost of their Hotel Stay, the Grand Hotel Includes meals with the stay.  After submitting this registration, a confirmation email 
will be sent to you providing a hotel reservation form for the Grand Hotel and directions for how to submit it to reserve a room.

Do Not Make Your Vendor Fee Payment Until You Receive an Invoice

Hotel Reservation must be completed by August 2, 2019 

*Hotel Prices are subject to 6% Michigan Sales Tax (unless the guest can provide a tax exemption letter) and an $8.50 
per person baggage handling charge.  As mandated by state law, a 2% Mackinac Island assessment applies to the room rate.
All payments and deposits have to come from the tax exemption entity via check or credit card

Deadline for Registration: August 2, 2019
Cancellation/Refunds: NO REFUNDS if cancelled after August 2, 2019
