Conference Attendance Registration
Each conference attendee is individually responsible for the cost of their hotel stay. *Shepler's Ferry Service is included in Conference Fee along with meals (2 breakfast, 2 dinners & 1 lunch)
Hotel Reservations must be made with Mission Point Resort by August 10, 2018 (Conference Confirmation email will contain a Link to Mission Point to make the Hotel Reservation). Prices are subject to 6% Michigan Sales Tax (unless the guest can provide a tax exempt letter) 2% mandated Mackinac Island assessment to room rate and $6.00 per person luggage fee. All payments and deposits have to come from the tax exempt entity via check or credit card for tax exemptions.
Deadline for Registration: August 10, 2018
Cancellation/Refunds: NO REFUNDS if cancelled after August 10, 2018
